Monthly 3 inbound and outbound convoys between Iceland and England with 10 steamers with about 3 escorts, about 8 knots. Partial convoys to and from America-England traffic up to 3 in each direction. Assembly place for Russia traffic. | ||
2.) Defenses: Relatively light sea and air surveillance. On several occasions locating in the centimeter range. Harbor entrance monitored. Hvalfjord is an anchorage for warships. | ||

Heavy air, however only takeoff and landing traffic. Active fishery. Southwest coast lighthouses as in peacetime, otherwise extinguished. 4750 and 4790 promise success. Up to now have remained unnoticed. Boat has no snorkel. | ||
