If important changes are made to the systems in foreign ports, the ship's command must correct one copy and, after the ship's return, submit it to the Kriegsmarine Shipyard for correction of the other copies.
The sketch books located at the OKM and the other offices are to be submitted to the Kriegsmarine Shipyard for correction and returned as soon as possible.
The responsible naval official of the Kriegsmarine Shipyard certifies the correctness of the attached sketches and their subsequent changes in one copy of the Kriegsmarine Shipyard. The certificate of correctness is copied in the remaining copies.
