He is the disciplinary superior, on and off duty, of all non-commissioned officers and crew, as well as all prisoners on board. |

He has orders to bring the prize to B o r d e a u x or the port designated by the Seekriegsleitung by the routes specified in detail. The destination of the voyage must be kept strictly secret - even from the prize crew. |

In case of resistance from the crew or prisoners, immediate and ruthless action must be taken, if necessary by using weapons or blowing up the ship. This must be communicated to the crew and prisoners. |

If enemy warships capture the ship, the demolition should be carried out as late as possible to allow time for the crew and prisoners to disembark. A precise rescue protocol (wear life jackets for rafts and boats) should be provided and communicated to the crew. |
6) |
Secret papers, classified documents and mail must be destroyed on being captured. |
7) |
Maintain radio silence. |
