  After every overhaul of the ship, the information books must be checked by the Navy Yard and corrected if necessary  
  If important changes in the equipment are undertaken in foreign ports, the ship's command must draw up a correct report and place it at the disposal of the Navy Yard for correction of the books with respect to additional changes.  
  The information books in the possession of the High Command and other military bureaus are to be called in by the Navy Yard and the Naval Arsenal for correction and are to be returned as soon as possible.  
  The Supervisor of Construction or the authorized Production Officer of the Navy Yard or Naval Arsenal will certify the correctness of the enclosed plans and drawings, or their subsequent changes, in as official report of the Navy Yard or Naval Arsenal.  The certification of correctness shall be copied in the remaining or subsequent issues and reports.
