2354 2214 Concerning Pistol failure:
As noted in two cases, pistols were not properly inserted into the warhead. Pay attention to the following: turn set screw all the way back before inserting the pistol into the warhead. Insert pistol so that an almost continuous transition can be seen from the head to the pistol. Set screw tight.  Consider pulling the pistol if the pistol is stuck in the warhead, otherwise failure is possible in the following ways. When loading the pistol impacts the outer tube door and is damaged, firing pins are sheared, or pistol is lost before shot with opened outer tube door.
