If important changes are made to the systems in foreign ports, the ship's Command must correct one copy and, after the ship's return, submit it to the Naval Shipyard for correction of the other copies.
The sketch books located at the OKM and the other offices are to be submitted to the Naval Shipyard for correction and returned as soon as possible.
The Supervisor of Construction or the responsible Operations Director of the Naval Shipyard or the Naval Arsenal shall certify the correctness of the attached sketches and their later changes in a copy of the naval shipyard or the naval arsenal.. The certificate of correctness is copied in the remaining copies.
